ALL customized charms are not returnable due to the nature of their customization.

If a product is defective or broken please email us ChonknCharms.info@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue or replace the defective or broken charm.

All other returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt, the date of arrival.
